Whitaker-Taylor is a specialized Human Capital Management (HCM) Consulting Firm. There is only one measure of success at Whitaker-Taylor – complete customer satisfaction. We work closely with clients to deliver the highest level of SAP HCM services to meet and exceed customer’s expectations.

Working as a consultant at Whitaker-Taylor, you will become a team player and develop relationships with our clients to create and implement all aspects of the SAP HCM Modules. We are currently looking for SAP functional consultants in all areas of the HCM module for our projects in the United States and Abroad.

Brief Description of Responsibilities:

• Perform configuration of business requirements in the SAP HCM Time Management Module
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Support clients in defining SAP HR business processes.
• Conduct knowledge transfer activities to support clients in developing their skills
• Perform post go-live production support activities
• Conduct and lead meetings with clients throughout all phases of product life cycle
• Document business requirements and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher
• More than 4 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP HCM Time Management
• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP HCM Time Management and other integrated components
• Experience with Time Schemas, Rules, and Features
• Configuration and support of CATS, work schedules, and absence quotas
• Completed at least two full life-cycles of an implementation project
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to maintain the highest level of professional standards and be a team player
• Strive to create satisfied clients
• Flexibility and patience in working in a challenging environment
• Willingness to travel
