Whitaker-Taylor has the experience and know-how to ensure that our clients’ SuccessFactors implementation or release project is completed on-time and on-budget.

As HR technology has moved forward and become more cloud-based and user-friendly, the level of consulting needed has diminished.  This shift has left many organizations on their own, having to complete workbooks without the expertise they need to be successful.  But this is not the Whitaker-Taylor model.

And we don’t envision an engagement like a “project.” Whitaker-Taylor sees it as the first step in building and maintaining a long-term relationship, where our focus on the client and client requirements are the first order of business.
