With SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module, you can manage the candidate recruiting process more effectively on any device. It is a comprehensive tool for recruiters, human resources, hiring managers, and peers. It improves candidate discussions through SucccessFactors Jam, provides access anywhere through mobile interfaces, and a consumer-like user interface.
Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing or RMK module incorporates marketing best practices to the recruiting process. It provides multi-channel integrations with key search engines, social networks, traditional job boards, and other channels. There are tools to create nurture campaigns, access key analytics, and leverages an employee referral function.
