Flexible Consulting Model
Travel costs and associated living expenses for on-site consultants can contribute up to a 20% additional cost to the project. We realize that these additional costs, while often necessary, further reduce your business case and subsequent return on investment (ROI). We will work with you to better understand your company culture and preferred project approach to determine the appropriate balance between working on-site and off-site. When working off-site, our consultants will work as a team out of our Atlanta Consulting office, under the direction of a Team Lead or Project Manager.
We also are happy to work with customers who choose to integrate their own technical resources into the project team. Understanding that many organizations seek to retain a high level of SAP expertise in-house, our flexible delivery model allows us to share our consulting team’s expertise using a collaborative approach with the customer team.
